Linnea Revak believes in secondhand unicorns — the kind of magic that marries intentional shopping with creative fashion. Since 2015, she’s been curating secondhand and handmade at her consignment shop in Downtown Charlottesville - DarlingxDashing Boutique. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2010 and fell in love with the local scene in Charlottesville, writing a blog called Cville Niche about all things local and small biz. That’s how she bought Darling! With an innate flair for fashion and storytelling, she grew up in a family where secondhand clothing and hand-me-downs, antiquing and craft shows were the norms. The blend of secondhand and handmade in a storefront was kismet. She advocates for faking it til you make it, less hustle + more grace, personal style over fashion trends, doing sustainability imperfectly but intentionally, and dressing for the mood you want.
