Joe is an energetic and highly motivated military veteran with an extensive background in sales and marketing. Through Good News Jail & Prison Ministry, he is one of the acting chaplains at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail, where he daily engages those incarcerated there as well as staff with counseling, prayer, books/journals, worship services, and reentry assistance.
