Ellen Balfrey is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Apex Clean Energy. In this role, she leads a team of 17 to secure financing for wind, solar, and battery storage projects throughout the U.S. and sell projects in development or operations. She has 19 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, leading energy offtake, M&A, financing, and joint venture negotiations. Ellen graduated from Yale University with a BA in philosophy.
