Barbara Kessler has lived in the Charlottesville/Albemarle community for more than half her life. She gets her energy from learning and connecting people to resources that may help in their success. Barbara is currently managing talent development and engagement projects. She has worked in the education and the private sectors focusing on workforce development, community outreach, and human resources management and volunteers(ed) with many area nonprofits with a governance and customer focus.
