Andrew is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Integrated, serving as a board member to multiple portfolio companies as well as their sister non-profit, Reconsider. Integrated is a 70M AUM venture fund partnering with value-aligned companies transforming the health and wellbeing of our communities around the globe. He has spent the last 15+ years in executive and advisory roles - leading, growing and transforming businesses in the digital health, adtech & media industries.
Prior to Integrated, he was the CEO of a corporate venture arm at one of the largest privately held multidisciplinary healthcare practices in New York. Before joining the venture community, he was COO of Vesta Healthcare helping them recapitalize the organization and launch a technology first solution for supporting caregivers in the home to drive towards better patient outcomes. Prior to Vesta, he helped to launch a digital health company focused on improving the navigation of healthcare through innovative technology practices and established their B2B healthcare solutions. Both organizations have raised over 100M+ from leading healthcare VCs and have been named to the Digital Health New York 100. Prior to his time in healthcare, he was a founding team member at an early stage adtech company that was acquired for over 150M+ in 2020. Before stepping into his entrepreneurial roles, Andrew was a public company executive at Omnicom Media Group, where he elevated two digital centers of excellence within their portfolio of brands, He established healthcare practices at both organizations and in his tenure, he contributed to over 1B+ in new business growth.
