I am beyond grateful every day to God for the path of yoga and meditation, not merely as a means of keeping my body healthy, but as a way of life. The humans of our yoga community keep me coming back; The love and kindness of a group of people who sweat together and become intricately involved in each other’s lives solely because of a common practice-It’s such a beautiful thing to see and be a part of!
My greatest hope in teaching yoga is to reach those who are struggling, feeling lost & alone, and to bring them to a practice that is healing & nurturing; to bring light into the hurting part of our hearts and souls. I truly believe God made the body capable of tremendous things and practices like yoga tap us into that immense power.
