About me
Carrington Kernodle Epperson is a lover and artist living in the countryside of central Virginia. She is a proud alum of the University of Virginia, Class of 2018, with degrees in Philosophy and African American & African Studies. Previously known for her yoga & mindfulness programming, she is currently known for her baked goods. Chanterelle Cafe is a vegan and allergen friendly cottage bakery providing classic and custom baked goods to Central Virginia. As owner, she is able to fulfill her dreams of lovingly making delicious food and sharing it with the community. She is also writing about motherhood, mycology and metaphysics in her newsletter Nurturing Wind. In her spare time, Carrington can be found foraging for mushrooms in the mountains, backyard birding or dancing with her family.
