Paul Clancy is a 4th year MD/MBA student at the University of Virginia who's dedicated to revolutionizing the medical school admissions experience for future physicians. After struggling on his own to achieve a 4.0 GPA and 525 MCAT score (100th percentile), and multiple medical school acceptances while at Michigan State University (CO '21), he recognized that quality MCAT and admissions resources were often prohibitively expensive and difficult to find. Drawing from over 4 years and 400+ hours of tutoring experience, he's since helped numerous students achieve top scores and medical school acceptances.
His expertise in educational systems stems from three years as an Undergraduate Biology Teaching Assistant, and is a published researcher within the medical education field (PMID: 37973514). He previously co-founded a $100k+ yearly revenue high-ticket MCAT course at one of the industry leading companies. In 2024, he founded AdmissionsAcademy to provide scalable, accessible resources for premedical and medical students nationwide and increase equity throughout the process. When not working on his studies or AdmissionsAcademy, Paul enjoys spending time with loved ones, weight lifting, hiking, cycling, reading, discovering new meal prep recipes, playing piano, and learning about longevity medicine.
