Dr. Tamara Wilkerson Dias is a recognized author, speaker, executive coach, and nonprofit consultant committed to building strong, sustainable organizations that center equity and impact. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the African American Teaching Fellows, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to the recruitment and retention of educators.
