Shareef S. Tahboub is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior living expert with a strong track record of leadership in healthcare, real estate development, and management. He is the co-founder and CEO of Bloomtrak, a SaaS platform that addresses operational challenges in the senior living and skilled nursing industries. Bloomtrak's platform, currently in beta, is helping facilities utilizing contract labor find significant savings.
In addition to his work with Bloomtrak, Shareef is also the co-founder and CEO of Park Street Senior Living, a third-party management company focused on day-to-day operations of assisted living and memory care communities. He has been instrumental in the design and development of multiple senior living communities, always with a commitment to providing the highest level of care for residents.
Shareef's expertise extends beyond the senior living industry. As a former manager at Ernst & Young's Health Sciences Advisory Services, he led a successful project in Puerto Rico that saved the client over $40 million by implementing new technical processes and reporting methodologies. His career also includes consulting roles with Arthur Andersen, where he helped develop sophisticated database systems for hospitals and large corporations.
A CFA charterholder since 2005, Shareef is dedicated to giving back to the community. He serves on several boards, including the Alzheimer’s Association Western Chapter, The Center at Belvedere, and the Library of Virginia Foundation. Shareef is a proud husband and father to two boys.
