About me
I am a native of Charlottesville and grew up attending Charlottesville public schools. I graduated from Virginia State University with a bachelor's in criminal justice. I worked in the Charlottesville Commonwealth Attorney's Office from 2015 to 2018 and then began working at the Shelter for Help In Emergency as a Rural Legal Advocate. During the pandemic, I decided to start a business as a way to engage the community and create wellness products. In March of 2023, I began working with ReadyKids as the Director of Community Engagement. We are a local nonprofit providing counseling, family support, and early education to children, families, and caregivers in the area.
