Reagan is a dedicated and passionate special educator with nearly two decades of experience working in grades K-12 across a wide variety of educational settings. As and Director of Operations at Kindness Cafe, a non-profit dedicated to employing adults with disabilities, Reagan has led efforts to create inclusive work environments that foster independence and skill development. Through her independent consulting work, Reagan partners with local businesses and organizations, helping them create more inclusive and accessible spaces that support individuals with disabilities and foster an environment of growth and opportunity.
