About me
Sarah Peaslee has lived in the Charlottesville area for over 40 years. She raised her family and retired from UVA Medical Center as a Psychiatric Nurse, group facilitator about 5 years ago. For the last 10 years, she has been singing with the Green Grannies of Cville at City Council Meetings, Demonstrations, Schools and Events. For the last 9 years, she has been teaching English to an extended Honduran Family and traveling to Central American countries. She has actively demonstrated, advocated, canvassed with various local political and environmental groups for 40 years. Also, Sarah has meditated and participated in several meditation groups here and out of state.
