About me
Patrick Belisle is a practical mystic; a nonprofit executive, teacher, and world traveler. He studied business and theology with Benedictine monks at his Minnesota college, meditated with Buddhist monks in Thailand, and had a mystical experience at the Osho Commune in India on a one-year trip around the world with his wife Jane as they searched for the meaning of life. They wandered North America three more years and chose Charlottesville as their perfect place to finally settle down.
For decades Pat has been lecturing and raising money for Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in Virginia Beach, the University of Virginia Division of Perceptual Studies (DOPS) which is researching the nature of consciousness, United Way, UVA Children’s Hospitals, and dozens of other excellent charities. He has also married over 50 couples as a Celebrant and has practiced hypnotherapy – including past-life regressions – with hundreds of people. Pat enjoys nothing more than sharing his wisdom and love-of-life with everyone he meets.
