Patrick Finch is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ElectroTempo, Inc. He oversees the business operations and deployment of ElectroTempo's software for utility, government and commercial clients. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton with over fourteen years of experience in the energy, financial, and data analytics sectors. His work has focused primarily on evaluating the costs, benefits, and risks of large scale energy infrastructure investments. In this capacity, he supported the U.S Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), where he led their internal impacts analytics team, as well as serving as a Technology-to-Market Advisor for a broad portfolio of research projects. Previously, he served as a Director for the Waypoint Building Group, managing a portfolio of energy management programs for several of the largest utility companies in the U.S., including PG&E, SoCal Edison, National Grid, and Eversource. He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University and is an ICAgile Certified Professional.
