As Lead Clinical Pharmacist at RubiconMD, he provides expert guidance to primary care physicians through electronic consultations, specializing in geriatrics, mental health, pediatrics, and medication reconciliation.
With over a decade of clinical experience spanning federal health systems, academic institutions, and virtual care platforms, Nick has established himself as a thought leader in medication therapy management. His passion for improving patient safety led him to develop specialized tools for streamlined medication reconciliation and clinical decision making.
A born innovator, Nick co-founded MedSafely.com, an AI-powered medication reconciliation platform that won the 2024 VA/MIT Hacking Medicine Hackathon. His contributions to healthcare technology extend to open-source projects like CPRS Booster and Espanso, where he’s contributed to solutions that enhance clinical workflow efficiency.
