Michael leads DNV's North American Mergers and Acquisitions team within DNV's Renewables & Power Grids group. The team provides technical diligence and consulting services to support acquisition and divestment of renewable energy and infrastructure projects in North America. The M&A team provides services for investors, financial institutions, project developers, and owner/operators who leverage our analysis to facilitate investment decisions.
