Meg Vorland is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Dcode and a Managing Partner at Dcode Capital. At Dcode she oversees core business functions, strategy, and expansion into new markets, ensuring that operations and products are ready to scale. Meg joined Dcode as part of the founding team in 2016 and brings a strong focus on business leadership and growth.
Meg has an MBA from Darden and previously served in the Obama Administration as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). A Washington Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, Meg's valuable experience working at tech startups has shaped Dcode's accelerator, and she has been working in the federal technology space for most of her career.
