Leland Remias is the founder of VroomBrick, a real estate technology platform built to simplify and modernize the home buying and selling experience, starting with military families. As a former Naval Officer and third-generation service member, Leland experienced the challenges of frequent relocation firsthand. After becoming a Realtor to make the process easier for himself, he quickly saw how much of the transaction could be streamlined through technology.
VroomBrick enables buyers and sellers to take control of their transactions while avoiding high intermediary fees and outdated systems. The platform equips users with intuitive tools, step-by-step automation, and expert support available when needed—all while bringing greater transparency to a process that’s long been confusing and costly. Leland holds an MBA from William & Mary and a B.S. from Virginia Tech. He has been supported by Lighthouse Labs, 757 Accelerate, REAKTOR 757, and the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation. Outside of work, he’s a new father and enjoys playing recreational soccer when time allows.
