With 30 years of teaching and practicing the tools of respect, Leah Kyaio is fine-tune training AI reasoning agents to revolutionize workplace communication and culture as the CEO/Co-Founder of RespexTech Inc. Native by heritage and worldview, she believes that respect is the most important first step to healthy personal and professional relationships. Her work includes the development of methods, tools, philosophies, and models that allow individuals to improve how they communicate, how they engage in conflict, how they lead, and how they follow. All with a focus on RESPECT.
She is the author of four non-fiction titles, designed for different audiences with the same focus: tools and skills for respectful relationships. Additionally, Leah loves horses, growing with the Land, and engaging in deep philosophical conversations. If she’s not at her computer, she’s around back in the pasture with the horses or in the dirt with the bugs and the plants.
