Dr. Ginena is the CEO of EndoMD Health, a pediatric endocrinology practice on a mission to help kids with endocrine conditions thrive. He is also the founder of RAI Audit, a consultancy dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) governance and research, and ico-chair of the IEEE USA AI Policy Committee. He most recently served on Meta's Responsible AI team. His career has spanned across several sectors including social media, IT, banking, logistics, and academia. Dr. Ginena holds a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Ethics and Organizational Behavior, from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
