Kelly Okun founded Fairway to Green after seeing the inequity in women's sports as a professional golfer. She's passionate about getting more girls into sports so they can learn key leadership skills that will help them thrive wherever they go next.
Kelly worked in golf marketing and media after retiring from her playing career. She was part of a three-person team that built up a golf media property until it was sold to Sports Illustrated to become SI Golf in 2022. Kelly is now finishing up her MBA at UVA's Darden School of Business, and she will be pursuing her venture full-time after graduation.
