About me
Jeff has 31 years of local government experience in Virginia and North Carolina, including 21 years in senior management, and 6 years as Albemarle County Executive. Jeff serves on the Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport Authority, the Water & Sewer Authority, among other Boards. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a 2003 graduate of the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia.
