Jessica Carter, a Charlottesville, VA native, is a dedicated advocate for youth development, mentorship, and community empowerment. A Charlottesville High School graduate, she attended Mary Baldwin University, where she was a standout basketball player. Her success on the court led to her recent induction into the Mary Baldwin Hall of Fame, recognizing her lasting impact on women’s sports.
