About me
Jane Dittmar specializes in meeting facilitation, board governance and strategic planning. She has owned and worked with many businesses in the Commonwealth, and was honored to serve as the President of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Chairwoman of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors and as Deputy Secretary of Labor for Governor Ralph Northam. Frank Squillace is a trainer, networker and employer relations specialist. He was honored to establish several of the programs, services and network building at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, the Church of the Incarnation, the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Piedmont Virginia Community College. Together they enjoy spending time with each other and friends, their collective six children and three grandchildren, travel, reading, sports, music and plants.
