Dr. James Garrett is the CEO of Luna Labs, a product development company solving complex challenges in the defense, industrial, and healthcare markets. With a PhD from Penn State and an MBA from William & Mary, he has built a career at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and innovation leadership.
Before leading Luna Labs, James held roles across a government lab, a Fortune Global 500 company, and a small business, gaining a diverse perspective on innovation at different scales. His ability to bridge technical expertise with business strategy led to the successful carve-out of Luna Labs as an independent company in 2022, where he now serves as CEO.
