She established Positive Deviancy in Sterling, VA. in 2021 with the mission to uplift non-traditional founders by recognizing and adopting unconventional approaches to achieve extraordinary results. She has helped over 500 energy entrepreneurs secure idea to early stage non-dilutive funding from the DOE, and supported them as a Connector to build their vision for a better world.
