About me
Holly began studying internal Chinese martial arts including Tai Ji (Chi), Qigong, Xing Yi, and Ba Gua about 15 years ago. She is deeply impressed by the sophistication, usefulness, and beauty of internal Chinese martial arts. She finds practicing Tai JI and Qigong very helpful for overall well being. She gives credit to her practice in Tai Ji and Qigong for her energy and prolonged focus, as well as her patience and ability to relax. Holly began teaching Tai Ji and Qigong 5 years ago so that other people could benefit from internal Chinese martial arts. Some of her students have been with her since day one of her Tai Ji class. Many people think that Tai Ji and Qigong are only suited for older people, but practicing Tai Ji and Qigong is good for all ages! In fact, similar to many activities–art, music, or sports–starting at a younger age provides even more benefits. Internal Chinese martial arts sharpens your mind, enhances your physical abilities, and helps you to relax and enjoy life more.
