About me
Consuela Gregory is a Recreation Therapist and currently holds the role of Whole Health Functional Coordinator and has been facilitating Tai Chi and Qigong since 2023 at the Central Virginia Veterans Health Care System in Richmond in the Whole Health & Veterans Wellness Department. She grew up in Roanoke Virginia, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed two internships with Recreation Therapy in Veterans Healthcare Administration at the Salem Veterans Health Care System and at the Veterans San Diego Health Care System. She enjoys working in whole health and spending time with her son, Evan, her house plants, and her dog, Bella. Consuela believes in advancing healthcare equity, expanding healthcare access, and improving the delivery of patient care by taking a comprehensive and personalized whole-health approach to disease prevention, healthcare, and overall well-being; focusing on what matters most to the Veteran.
