About me
Bryan Dunning, a dedicated volunteer with Citizens’ Climate Lobby Charlottesville since 2022, is currently a program consultant at the Center for Progressive Reform (the Center). At the Center his work is focused on environmental and energy policy in Maryland and to advance the principles of environmental justice. Prior to joining the Center, Bryan worked with the Maryland League of Conservation Voters on policy matters pertaining to energy and climate change in the state of Maryland, and before that, at the Department of Justice where he wrote agency determinations and advised on regulatory interpretations pertinent to the department’s decision making process. Bryan received his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the George Washington University’s Milken School of Public Health.
