Brian began his yoga journey in 2011 after the sudden and tragic death of a close friend. He found yoga to be one of the best ways to deal with his grief and continued with a practice as it made him stronger mentally and physically. In 2019 he earned in RYT-200 hour yoga certification to give the gift of yoga to others.
Brian teaches a variety of levels in the hatha and vinyasa styles along with breathing techniques, and his calm and collective approach puts students at ease. He aims to raise the body's awareness, have a clearer mind, and begin to become a better version of yourself through various yoga techniques.
Away from the yoga mat, Brian is a musician. He performs solo gigs as well as with his wife Sara as the duo “FarAway”.
