Yoga by Brian focuses on a variety of yoga practices and techniques that aim to calm the mind, strengthen and raise awareness in the body, and guide you through a holistic yoga journey. Such physical practices as Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are involved. There are also options to add in meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and breathing techniques. Ethics of yoga, known as Raja Yoga, can be done in a more discussion based setting.
