Betsy Hnath is the Deputy Executive Director of RISE Resilience Innovations, a nonprofit that finds, funds, and scales innovative solutions to the resilience threats facing flood-prone communities. She leads strategy, operations, and engagement, drawing on more than 20 years of cross-sector experience.
At RISE, Betsy has helped launch nationally recognized innovation challenges that translate community-identified resilience needs into real-world pilot opportunities for entrepreneurs. She also leads cross-functional initiatives that align internal teams with external partners to accelerate results and build long-term capacity.
