Ashley Davies is Vice President of Riverbend Development and Chair of the Charlottesville Area Development Roundtable, otherwise known as CADRe. CADRe was formed by area professionals 8 years ago to promote the creation of Charlottesville’s Next Great Places. Ashley began her career as Zoning Administrator of the City of Charlottesville in 2004 after the adoption on the current zoning ordinance. She has administered, interpreted and worked with zoning codes for 20 years. Ashley was a Steering Committee Member for the Charlottesville Comprehensive Plan Update and the Zoning Ordinance rewrite.
