A lifelong learner and entrepreneur, Aram has started or managed businesses in software, agribusiness, manufacturing, construction, real estate, hospitality, and more. He holds a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters of Divinity, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Through fractional and advisory roles focused on finance, strategy, and organizational design, he helps businesses clarify and achieve their goals--whether they are building their first management systems or scaling rapidly from 10 to 100 employees. Along the way, he enjoys learning more about global trends in technology, culture, and business, and getting outside for a soccer game or a long trail run.
