About me
Shayla Washington (she/her) is the Executive Director of the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless (BRACH) and has been working in the non-profit sector with organizations focused on homelessness and human services for nearly fifteen years. Prior to her work with BRACH, Shayla managed the Coordinated Entry System at The Haven and served on the PACEM board of directors for six years. Shayla holds a master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Change with a focus on homelessness and housing insecurity.
