Rob Quartel is a multi-sector entrepreneur, policy wonk, former US Federal Maritime Commissioner and an internationally recognized expert on maritime and transportation security policy. His career has involved him in high speed rail, innovative shipbuilding technology, politics (three presidential campaigns, and three of his own races for Congress and US Senate), maritime deregulation and reform, and in intelligent data process automation.
