Set to the gentle backdrop of morning light, we invite you to join us for a peaceful time of connection with self and nature. During guided meditation, participants will be led through the 5 Tibetan Rites – simple, non-strenuous exercises – accompanied by easy breathing techniques, nature gazing, and a brief introduction to the message of Love…No Ego, as we embrace what it is to BE human and leave the ego behind.
Special Instructions: Sun is set to rise at/around 6:30 AM. Please arrive by or at 6AM as meditation will begin promptly at 6:15 AM. Group meditation will take place on the grassy area between Meeting Street/Berkmar Drive Extended and Lockwood Drive. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle as these items will not be provided.
Venue: Known as Meeting Street/Berkmar Drive Extended: Route 29 North, behind the Hollymead Town Center (directly behind the Harris Teeter, Bonefish Grill, Five Guys, Starbucks) in the open field. Look for the branded “Love…No Ego” Van, which will be parked along Meeting Street/Berkmar Drive Extended. Plenty of Free Parking Available.
