Frank has over 40 years of administrative experience in various positions. He has specialized in uplifting customer service seminars and consulting as well as volunteer management. Frank was instrumental in establishing several of the customer service programs, services, and network building at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, The Church of the Incarnation, The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Piedmont Virginia Community College, all in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Frank and his wife, Jane Dittmar, manage Civil Solutions, a Virginia consulting firm. In addition, he is employed with Piedmont Virginia Community College as the Employer Relations Liaison after four years directing Network2Work@PVCC, an award-winning program designed to lift persons out of poverty through gainful employment and support services.
Frank has served and still serves, on numerous local and national Boards. Frank, who holds a B.S. degree from Saint Bonaventure University and a Master’s degree from Duke University, is originally from Syracuse, New York. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jane, their six children, and one grandchild, reading, sports, and playing cello in his rock band, 180.
