The Retail Store: The Scrappy Elephant retail store is filled with reclaimed and reusable materials donated from businesses and individuals in and around the Charlottesville area. Whether you're a teacher, an artist, a crafter, a student, or a parent, you'll find supplies you need and supplies you never knew you needed. Our inventory changes constantly so you never know what you’re going to find! The hunt is part of the fun. You’ll not only find unique items at affordable prices, but you can rest assured that by purchasing reuse materials rather than new (virgin) materials, you are doing Mother Earth a favor.
The Studio: We are a place where kids of all ages (adults, bring your friends and come craft!) can build, create and learn to become better stewards for our environment. The best part- we clean up the mess!
