McGuffey Art Center is one of the oldest artist-run cooperative art centers in the country. Since its establishment in 1975, the art center has been a community of artists, dedicated to practicing art and passing on the creative spirit to the greater Charlottesville community, through creating opportunities for increasing access to art for all.
