About me
Since 1983, Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville/Albemarle has been serving adults with low literacy and basic education needs in the greater Charlottesville area. LVCA promotes adult literacy through equitable, inclusive, free, confidential, one-to-one English and Citizenship tutoring. We firmly believe that literacy empowerment enables adults to have the ability to better understand, speak, read, write, and communicate in English so that they can fully participate in our community.
