Along the way, Chris will guide a gentle QiGong practice to help you relax and flow with the rhythms of spring, while Emma leads a meditation on the healing power of nature and intuition. The journey continues through sunlit fields, bubbling creeks, and enchanting wetlands, offering moments of awe and reflection.
