Join Ligmincha Charlottesville for our 2nd annual Earth Day celebration: 

The 2nd annual Earth Day celebration is inviting local meditation communities to guide nature-based meditation and mindfulness practices, along with opportunities for intentional movement in a natural setting (including yoga, mindful movement), and nature-based art activities for an all-day event series at Riverview Park. Attendees are welcome to drop in and come-and-go as they please throughout the day.

9:00 a.m. Ligmincha Charlottesville Community Hosts~ Welcome Tea & Overview of the Day:
Engaged Practice in Gratitude & Compassionate Action with"Car-Free-er Sundays" Initiative

9:15 a.m. Land Blessing & 5 Elements Tibetan Practice: Presented by Ligmincha International/ Serenity Ridge Retreat Center's Resident Teacher, Lama Kalsang

10:40 a.m. 5 Elements Nature Connection--Contemplative Co-creativity Being in Community:
