Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that has applications ranging from defense training to mindfulness and meditation, and has deep roots in community practice. In this open session, Hiromi Johnson of Charlottesville Tai Chi will focus on communal healing and consciousness through intentional movement that allows participants to engage with their bodies and one another. Tai Chi can be practiced either seated or standing, and movements are stationary in nature.

This conference session is free and open to the public and does not require registration.
