Debbie Irwin lives for entrepreneurship. Serving as the Managing Director of Lighthouse Labs RVA, an influential accelerator shaping Virginia's entrepreneurial landscape, Debbie gets the opportunity to see entrepreneurs take their ventures to new heights. Along with supporting founders in Lighthouse Labs, she is also the Co-Founder of Manufactory Collective, where she fosters collaboration among makers, artisans, and manufacturers in a shared workspace, igniting innovation. Serving as a moderator and just being a part of Tom Tom is exciting for her and she loves leaving inspired after every event.
