As the morning light gently rises, participants are invited to a serene gathering for connection with self and nature. This guided meditation will lead attendees through the Five Tibetan Rites—simple, non-strenuous exercises—paired with easy breathing techniques, nature gazing, and a brief introduction to the message of
Love…No Ego. Through this practice, participants will explore what it means to simply
be human, releasing the ego and embracing presence in a tranquil outdoor setting.
The meditation will take place in the open grassy soccer field. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, as these items will not be provided. The Love…No Ego Branded Van will be parked nearby for easy identification, and ample free parking is available.
